Acoustic Barrier

Acoustic Barrier mainly used for noise isolation and reduction of highways, expressways, elevated composite roads and other noise sources.  It can divided into the reflection type sound barrier of pure sound insulation, and the compound sound barrier of sound absorption and sound insulation. The latter is a more effective sound insulation method.

It refers to the wall structures installed on the side of railways and highways to reduce the impact of traffic noise on nearby residents.  Acoustic walls also called sound barriers.

An acoustic barrier is a device inserted between the source and the receiver so that the sound wave propagation has a significant additional attenuation,

thus reducing the impact of noise in a certain area where the receiver is located.

It is divided into traffic noise barrier, equipment noise attenuation noise barrier, industrial plant boundary noise barrier, highway and highway are used in many places of various types of sounds barriers.

Specification of Road sound Barriers

Road sound barriers generally made of aluminum, galvanized sheet and light cement. The hole type is generally louver hole type and micro – perforated long hole.

Plate thickness is generally between 0.8- 1.5mm.

The thickness of the finished product is generally 4-15cm.

Most widths are 50cm (can produced according to demand).
